A few months ago I went to a doctor that is a hormone specialist to take my blood and see where my hormone levels were.
I was low on Viamin D, and so he gave me very high doses of Vitamin D and within a week or two I could feel a difference! I since read this note sent to me by a friend in Australia:
Here in Australia a team of reasearchers at Flinders Medical Centre in Adelaide South Australia ( my hometown) have found that low levels of Vitamin D when young can have a great effect on the genes that cause MS. They are now trialling Vitamin D supplements for those in early stages or have family with MS
as they feel this reduce the severity of the MS progressing.

I've been receiving many emails sharing your MS story or some of you family and friends. Most are asking me for my advice.
1. Always remember who you are and your relationship to God and Jesus. Prayer works! After a study, they found that 75% of those who were believing and had faith and prayed, got better with various challenges! Yes, Faith works but, you should have a "decision" tied to it. Mine was: "I May have MS, But, MS does NOT have me!"
2. Be Wise! (http://obwise.com) Get up early, go to bed early, eat the best of foods, organic, natural, and many raw foods. Eat Meat Sparingly. My Neurologist told me to share that Smoking is Very Bad!
3. I tried a product called "Immunosyn". I can't get it right now but, the owners are trying to make it available again.
4. Walking, water aerobics, and as much activity that is possible will help.
5. Remember that this is a "TEST"! After the trial, comes the blessing! "TEST" then becomes . . . TEST. . . IMONY"!

Just had my check-up with my neurologist. He was smiling all through my testing because, he said , "You are really improving!" I told him I'm trying to help others with what I learn. He said, "Tell them NOT to smoke! It will hurt them!"

I'm on my way to Los Angeles with my family to be on the Larry King show tomorrow! Producers told me he would ask about my M.S. and "How I am getting Better and able to be on the Osmonds 50th Tour!" SF1019 is the answer! My Neurologist just completed my 6 month check up and said, "You have never been stronger since you got M.S.!" Yes, it is reversing my "Primary Progressive status" (where I keep getting worse) and I am gaining strength! The Lord above is Blessing me! May HE bless you, Too! I can say, "I may have M.S. but M.S. does NOT have me!"
